Undrewa Russell, also known as “Lard Truitt”, was born July 1, 1963, in Chattanooga, TN. She was called to her eternal rest at her home on August 29, 2022. She attended school in the Chattanooga Public School system. Undrewa was a CNA/ private caregiver for more than twenty-eight years. She was loved by all. Undrewa was preceded in death by her father, John Wadley; mother, Minnie Truitt Crawford; sister, Angela Truitt.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter/caregiver, Dalana Truitt, son David Truiett both of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Zhaylon Stinson, Zha'Maya Terry, Kennedi Truiett, Caiden Truiett, and David Truiett, Jr, all of Chattanooga; three sisters, Sylvia Peoples (Marvin) Fuller, Barbara Crawford, both of Chattanooga, and Katie Asirifi, of Lavergne, TN; brothers, Bobby Truitt of Chattanooga and Joe Truitt of Ohio, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Public visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 10, 2022, the family will receive friends and family from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
