Tiffany Renee Poindexter (42) was born on November 9, 1979, to the union of Mr. Stanley and Mrs. Brenda McGee Poindexter in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She departed peacefully on July 6, 2022, at her residence.
Tiffany graduated from Brainerd High School, class of 1998.
Tiffany lived her life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends, listening to music, socializing with family and she enjoyed spending much time with her grandchildren. She was the life of the party who never met a stranger.
She was proceeded in death by father, Stanley Poindexter; grandmother, Beatrice McGee, and very close friend, Kevin Jefferson.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: two daughters, Arrion Rowe and Tamiah Poindexter; two sons, Jaylan and Jeremiah Poindexter, all of Chattanooga, TN.; two grandchildren, Jersei McCrary and Ashton Poindexter; special nephew/godson, Daison Poindexter; devoted mother, Brenda McGee Poindexter; two brothers, Toney McGee, and Trammel Poindexter of Chattanooga, TN.; special aunts and uncles, Virgil Sr. (LaFonde) McGee of Chattanooga, TN., Tylivia McGee of Louisville, Kentucky and Yvonne McGee Wilkerson of Denver, Colorado; Thomas (Belinda) McGee, Freemon Poindexter and Sean McGee. A devoted aunt and uncle, Jewell (Marvin) Brewer of Nashville, TN.; very devoted family friend, Robbi Suttles; a host of other family and friends.
Public viewing will be held from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2022, at the funeral home. A 3:00 pm funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
