Mrs. Thelma Ann Heath Ringer was born on December 10, 1930 in Rome, GA. She was the daughter of the late Josephus and Annie Bell Heath.
She was one of six siblings: Sarah, Beatrice, Jesse, Roy & Ruby which have all preceded her in death. She was also married to the late Jesse Ringer.
She had an amazing green thumb and a love of flowers. Anything she touched, it grew and grew beautifully.
She attended Main High School in Rome, GA.
March 14, 2023, Mrs. Thelma Ringer departed this life. Along with her parents and siblings, she was also preceded in death by two daughters, Ernestine Ringer and Annetta Harris.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Bernice Brown, Marilyn Brinkley, Tony Ringer, Linda Ringer (Joe McReynolds) Patricia McReynolds (George) and Gregory Harris (Dawn) of Indianapolis, IN; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Public viewing will be held 9:00 am-2:00 pm, Saturday, March 25, 2023, followed by a 2:00 pm funeral service in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
