Sybil Valencia Austin, 61, passed away September 17, 2022, in Chattanooga.
She was born in Miami Beach Florida to Robert L. Austin, Jr. and Barbara Ruth Little Austin. She graduated from Brainerd High School and Erlanger School of Nursing. She is of the Baptist faith and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Alabama.
She is predeceased by her father, Robert L. Austin; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Little, of Chattanooga and Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Austin, Sr., of Georgiana Alabama.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving and devoted mother, Barbara Ruth Little Austin; brother, Robert L. Austin, III; and sister, Geralyn Austin Sease, of Millville New Jersey; special aunt, Jackey King; special friend, Serena McSears Allen; foster brother, Jerome Allen; a host of other cousins and friends.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM, in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
