Obituary for Stephen Price
Stephen Lamar Price, 51, passed this life on March 28, 2021, at home. Stephen was born on October 29, 1969 to the late Clarence J. Price, Sr. and Louvenia A. Price. He was a graduate of Ooltewah High.
Stephen was very skillful with his hands, a giver with his heart, and loved to help people. He loved playing video games, especially the nostalgic game (Pac-Man), it was his all time favorite.
Preceded in death by his father, Clarence J. Price, Sr; grandparents, Mary E. Roberts and George and Roberta Price; uncles, George M. Price, of Virginia, Emory Jackson of Atlanta, Wilburn Roberts and Michael Gustus of Tennessee; aunts, Margie Early of Ohio and Agnes "Sook" Hale of Tennessee.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Carol Simmons-Price; mother, Louvenia Price; siblings, Cecelia and Claronza (Keith), of Atlanta; Clarence Price, Jr. (Merry), of Indiana and Joey of Washington.
He leaves behind four beautiful children, all of Tennessee, Stephen "Junior", Stephanie, Briousha Price, and Ashley Price-Horton. The proud stepfather of Derrick, Chelsea, Frank Simmons; grandchildren, Raylen, Isaiah, Myla, Jewels and Julez, Tristian and Tyree.
Special thank to aunties and uncles, Marilyn, Alice, Wanda-Faye, LeVaughn, Allen, Steve and Monroe; cousins, Chelsea, Rasheka, Demetria, Marjorie, and LeShawn; friends of the family, Demetria, Verna, John, Shawanna, and Denicia; a whole host of cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, April 3, 2021, in the funeral home chapel.
