Obituary for Rita Sailors Finch
On April 12, 2022, Rita Finch departed this earthly life at home with her children by her side. She was born on May 24, 1934 in Comer, GA to the late Quincy and Rhoda Sailors. She was married to the late Willie Finch Sr. She worked for many years at various hotels as a Housekeeping Manager in Chattanooga,TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons, Johnny, David, and Craig; five sisters and two brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory, six children, Willie, Shelia, Denise, Felicia, Yolanda, and Larry; 25 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; one sister; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the funeral home. A funeral service will begin at 11:30am Friday, April 22, in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
