Pauline Lott Burke, 89, peacefully transitioned from her earthly body, September 13, 2020. She was a faithfully attended Olivet Baptist Church, until her health failed. Pauline retired from Pilgrim’s Pride and Chattanooga Foster Grandparents, where she was known lovingly as “Granny B”.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Herman and Emma Strickland Lott; husband, Charles Burke, Sr.; sons, Charles Jr. and Anthony Burke; granddaughter, Jamecia Starkey; 8 brothers; 7 sisters.
She is survived by her loving children, Jacqueline Hinton, Sharon Burke, Broderick (Bobbie) Burke, Lynda Burke and Brenda (Spencer) Jones; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
NO formal viewing or visitation is planned. Private family graveside services will be held at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
