I met Ms. Norma at Erlanger in the early eighties. She always had a smile for everyone and was a wonderful nursing assistant. You could always tell the rooms Ms. Norma had been in -they were spotless and the patients adored her. Many memories I will hold dear in my heart for Ms. Norma.

One of her most favorite places to go was Home Goods—it didn’t take much to please her. This was her last project and she was so proud of it.😊
