Milton Wesley Abbott II, 48, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
He was born February 17, 1974, in Chattanooga to Milton Abbott and Joyce Abbott. He was a graduate of the class of 1992 Howard School of Academics and Technology. He went on to serve in the U.S. Navy, retiring and currently working as a civilian for the Department of Defense. He loved football. The Philadelphia Eagles was his all-time favorite team.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, wife, Shirley Abbott; children, Asayvia Abbott, Zakyah Abbott, Masaniai Abbott, and Kekoa Abbott; mother, Joyce Abbott; father, Milton Wesley (Antionette) Abbott Sr.; brothers, Marcus (Toni) Abbott, Nicholas Abbott, Aramad Abbott, Jhamal (Davonne) Abbott, Jonathan Finley, Sha Walker, Lamar Edwards and Jarvis Moore; sister, Megan Miller; cousin, James Harris; a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:30 am Friday, May 6, 2022, at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Avenue.
