Mr. Melvin B. Posley, 71, passed away January 15, 2021, in Chattanooga. He was a graduate of Howard High School and formerly employed by Walmart.
Melvin was a true example of how a husband loves his wife and family. His passion for the love of the Lord was always in his heart.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Delores Posley; son, Kenneth Johnson; daughter, Maria Johnson; two sisters, Elizabeth Posley and Varnell Few; brother, Furman Posley, Chicago Illinois; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Public viewing will be held, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at the funeral home. A private funeral service will be held. Interment: Highland Memorial Gardens.
