Linda Martin, 60, passed away October 30, 2022, in Chattanooga, TN. Linda was born April 28, 1962, in Stevenson, Alabama, to Charles D. Hutchins and Lena Cothron-Clay. She attended South Pittsburg High School in the 1970s. Linda loved playing basketball. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Linda’s favorite color was RED.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles D. Hutchins; brothers, Charles Foster and Tommy Clay.
Linda leaves to cherish her precious memories, her mother, Lena Cothron-Clay; sisters, Mary J Martin-Stevens, and Rebecca Clay; brothers, Ronnie (Ann) Martin, Ricky Martin, and John L (Cindy) Martin; several nieces, Raquel Henry-Smith, Delorie Starkey, Shuntae L. Clay, Nickey Clay, and Shenia Martin; nephews, Nathaniel (Amie) Currington, Shun (Scharilyn) Martin, and David (Cassandra) Moore; a host of great nephews, cousins, and friends.
A 3:00 PM Memorial celebration will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2022, in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
