Lewis Pickett Jr., 63, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Bernice Pickett. He worked for U.S. Pipe as a sandblaster. He was a member of Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Ta’sha Pickett, Tandra Pickett, Angelic Pickett, and Tabitha Pickett; son, Louis Pickett III and Thomas Buford; brother, James (Anita) Pickett; sisters, Elois (Robert) Goodwin; Lorene (Arthur) Womble; and Robin Brooks; 14 grandchildren; and host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Hospice Care Center and Lindsey Katie Reynolds for the care shown to Mr. Pickett.
Public viewing will be held from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the funeral home. A private family funeral service will be held. Interment: Forest Hills Cemetery.
