Lessie Crutcher peacefully passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Hospice of Chattanooga. She was a caring and nurturing woman who raised a community of children while tending to her own 8 children. Lessie was a faithful and dedicated member of Greater Emmanuel Apostolic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephus and Mary Frances Willingham; daughter, Angela Foster and her brother, Prue Willingham;

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ernest Crutcher Sr.; 8 children, Terry Willingham, Andre Ray, Ernest Crutcher Jr., Solomon Crutcher, Troy Crutcher, Rhonda Muir, Rodney Willingham, and Fredrick Douglass. 22 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren; special friend, Delores Sims and the Golden Girls of Greater Emmanuel.

Visitation will be held from 9 am -10:30 am Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Greater Emmanuel Apostolic Church, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment: Chattanooga Memorial Park. The service may be viewed live through the Greater Emmanuel Apostolic Church Facebook page.
