Obituary for Josiah Cetoute
Josiah David Cetoute, fondly known as Jo Jo, passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 2, in Valley, AL due to Sudden Unexplained Death In Children (SUDC). He was born on June 17, 2020, in Elizabeth, NJ, to France Kerline Cetoute from Port au Prince, Haiti and Donald Christopher Williams of Baltimore, MD. Josiah loved dancing and always kept a smile on his face. To see him smile, just made you smile too. He enjoyed watching his favorite cartoon Cocomelon while eating his cheese puffs and drinking from his juice box. His favorite song was Wheels on the Bus. Josiah was a budding gentleman who enjoyed trying to open doors for ladies and was known to give “the best hugs.”

Williams of Baltimore, MD; step-grandfather, Jonas Vilus of Roanoke, VA; three aunts, Joana Vilus of Roanoke, VA, Daphna Occenac of Brazil, and Marthe Cetoute of NJ; three uncles, Kerdens Cetoute of NJ, Ancito Daniel Cetoute, II of Brazil, and Nathaniel Giles of Hampton, VA; God-Mother Maillou Fowler of Nashville, TN; a host of cousins, family friends and loved ones, Renesha Owens of Valley, AL and Renittia Fleming of Chattanooga, TN.
Public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM on Monday, July 25, 2022, followed by an 11:00 AM funeral service in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
