Joseph Jerome Hardley, 46, passed away September 4, 2022, in Chattanooga. He was born August 31, 1976, to Terry Hardley and Linda Faye Baskin in Chattanooga. Joseph attended Howard High School and was employed by Xtreme Flooring Company. Joseph loved poetry and was a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers football team and Chicago Bulls basketball team. Joseph also enjoyed gaming.
He was predeceased by his mother, Linda Faye Baskin; his grandfather, John Baskin; grandmother, Bertha Lee Baskin; aunt, Hazel Baskin Cunningham.
He leaves to cherish precious memories, a daughter Shalynda Hardley; son, Kalan Hardley; two grandsons, Kamarion Key and Elijah Espey; one granddaughter, Nadia Espey; father, Terry Hardley; four sisters, Shawana Hardley, Stacie Isom, Camara Adair, Kristina Hardley; one brother, Terry Williams; three aunts, Geneva (Reginald) Garner, Rose (Thomas) Greene, and Mary (Steven) White all of Chattanooga.
Public viewing will be held from 2:00 pm-6:00pm, Sunday, September 18, 2022, in the chapel of the John P Franklin Funeral Home 1101 Dodds Ave. 423-622-9995.
