Obituary for Jeffrey Scott Cooper

Jeffery Scott Cooper was born on November 9, 1959 in Chattanooga TN to Robert and Katherine Cooper. He was a graduate of Brainerd High School. Jeffery loved his daughter, his family and life itself. He lived every day to the fullest. He departed this life, Sunday, December 27, 2020 while in a local hospital.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Cooper; his father Robert Cooper; his grandmother Mary Frances Scott; and close friend, Janice Smith.

He leaves behind his only daughter, Jasmine Cooper, of Harrison, TN., whom he adored and loved more than life; three sisters, Shelbree (James) Sears of Jacksonville FL, Paulette Hicks of Chattanooga, TN and Patricia Platt of Powder Springs, GA; one brother, Robert (Lucille) Cooper, Jr. of Culver City, CA; five nieces, Erica (Sidney) Collins of Chattanooga, TN, Tomeika (Beth) Evans of Frederick, MD, Stephanie (Jimmie) Wilkes of Ooltewah, TN, Katherine Sears of Jacksonville, FL and Bailey Cooper of Los Angeles, CA; two nephews, Joseph Platt, Jr. of Powder Springs, GA and Harrison Cooper of Culver City, CA; three great nieces, Brianna (Kevin) Freeman of Ooltewah, TN, Imani and Rayven Edwards of Jacksonville, FL; three great-nephews, Chase Eubanks of Ooltewah,TN, Jamarion Platt of Powder Springs, GA and Mason Edwards of Jacksonville, FL; one great-great niece, Kenadie Freeman of Ooltewah, TN; and a host of friends and additional family members.

There will be no public service.
