James Edward Crutcher, Jr. was an intelligent, loving, caring, energetic, humorous, and kind-hearted man. Born July 9, 1962 in Chattanooga, TN, he attended Kirkman Technical High School, where he received his high school diploma. James enjoyed spreading the word of God so much that he went on to obtain his ministry license. James worked as a warehouse assistant at Southern Champion Tray for years. Although James was known for his many characteristics, he was battling a long-term illness. On November 10, 2020, James passed away at Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Mae Pearison and father James Edward Crutcher, Sr.
He is survived by his daughter, Lakeshia A. Crutcher; son, James Crutcher, III; sister, Rebecca Holloway; brothers, Samuel Pearison and Larry Crutcher; 7 grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, all of Chattanooga.
A public viewing will be held 2:00PM -6:00PM, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the funeral home.
