Obituary for Jacqueline Page

Jacqueline Anita Page, 66, was born June 30, 1956 in Chattanooga, TN. She received her heavenly wings on January 12, 2023. Born to the Late Robert Lee Sr. and Ethel Page. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nellie Page. Jackie dedicated her life to Christ at an early age. She sang in the choir and was a member of the 21st Century Club at Second Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Paul A. McDaniel.

Jacqueline was a graduate of Brainerd High School, class of 1974. She studied Business Administration at Tennessee State University. She followed in her mother’s footsteps by serving on the Glenwood Neighborhood Association. Jackie enjoyed arts & crafts, cooking, reading, swimming and traveling. Jackie cherished her time traveling with her family and was so adventurous that she tried parasailing during her travels to the Caribbean. She loved her family first, had a giving heart and was loved by all that knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memories, sisters, Barbara A. Page Owens (Perry), Madeline Frost Swanson; brother, Robert L. Page, Jr. all of Chattanooga, TN; sisters, Dr. Mary Ann Jackson (Kirk), Odenton, MD; aunt, Janice Page Omolaja (Francis) of Upper Marlboro, MD, nephew, Kedrick Wooten (Dorene), Chattanooga, Tennessee; niece, Nanette Garrison (Michael Jr,) Shiloh all of Atlanta, GA, Wanda Coach (Larry), of Nashville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and best friend, Valinda Flowers.

A 12:00 PM memorial service will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 2305 East Third Street.
