Obituary for Freddie Gray
Freddie Lee Gray born June 24, 1953, in Chattanooga departed this life on July 16, 2022, at his residence. Freddie was a loving dad and fun person. He was an avid fan of reggae music, especially Bob Marley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Lee Gray, Sr., and Christine Gray; two brothers, Odell Gray and Timothy Wilson;
He is survived by five children, Damian, Christine, Youlanda, Buffy, and Freddie, III; a sister, Alice Carroll; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Freddie will be missed.
Public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995, followed by a 12:30 graveside service at Highland Memorial Gardens.
