Fernandos Otha Hughley, 64, passed away on February 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Featherstone Hughley and father Otha Hughley; sister, Darlene Hughley
Survivors include his sister Jacqueline Hughley; niece, Nicole Dozier, great niece; Shyniece Dozier, great nephews, Rico and Marco Dozier, nephew, Walter Dozier all of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the funeral home, followed by an 11:30 AM graveside service at Forest Hills Cemetery,
