Derrick L. Roberson, “Pooh Bear”, 39, departed this life on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Chattanooga. He was born on January 1, 1981. Derrick was a graduate of Howard School of Academics and Technology, class of 2001.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Gwendolyn Roberson; grandparents, James and Lucille English.
Derrick leaves to cherish his memories, fiancée, LaTonya Rucker; son, Derrick L. Roberson Jr.; devoted sister, Debra (Harold) Freeman; devoted nephew, Anthony Shaqualm McCoy; brothers, Allen Jones and Michael Ray; sisters, Joshunta Holloway, Porshonda Ray, and Shandrell Jackson; a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held 9:00 am – 1:30 pm Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the funeral home. A private funeral service will be held. Interment: Highland Memorial Gardens.
