Obituary for Daryll Hambrick

Daryll Hambrick (Baby Dee) was born August 2, 1960, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He attended G. Russell Brown, Northside Junior High, and graduated from Chattanooga High in 1978. He retired from Pepsi Cola Company after 40 years of service.

He was a member of Hurst United Methodist Church.

Daryll had a large personality; to be in his presence you were guaranteed fun and laughter. He was an avid sports fan that could tell you statistics of every player and team for the past twenty years. He also loved to talk with quotes. His favorite was “If you don't want to hear about it, don't let it happen”. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vilma Jean Hambrick; sister, Veronica Hambrick and niece, Lakisha Hambrick.

He is survived by sister, Robin Williams; nieces, Valencia (Peter) Dubose, Candace Gray, and Lindsey (Michael) Patterson;
nephew, Brian (Lori) Williams; 15 great nieces and nephews; five great-great nieces and nephews.

Public viewing will be held from 9:00 am-11:00 am on Saturday, August 20, 2022, followed by an 11:00 am funeral service in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.

Interment: Highland Memorial Gardens
