Darline Hines Christopher Woods, born September 25, 1960, in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, in the county of Catoosa.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Cmanuel and Elizabeth Hines Christopher; grandparents, Emanuel (Buck) and Susie (Logan) Christopher and Thomas and Mattie Hines.
Darline received her education in the Chattanooga Public School System and was a graduate of Howard, class of 1978. She received Christ at an early age and was baptized and united with St. John Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Samuel Spence. She was employed with Arcade Beauty.
Darline leaves to celebrate her life, a son, Marlin Martin; siblings, Mattie Patton, Cmanuel (Debra) Christopher, and Gary Cordell Christopher; grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Sunday, August 21, 2022 at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
