Daiszell Sharletta Green, 70, was born June 1, 1950 in Chattanooga, TN to the late
Jeremiah Green and Roberta Ivey Wigfall. She passed away October 4, 2020.
Daiszell was a graduate of Howard School class of 1968. She retired from American
Thread. She was a member of Friendship Primitive Baptist Church.
She loved cooking for her family, music, and football. She lived life to the fullest.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Isador, George, and Walter
Wigfall, Sr. and Jerry Green, Jr.; sisters, Christine Gray and Ernestine Wigfall.
Those to cherish her memories include a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and
nephews; great grand nieces and nephews; a host of cousins; Pastor Damien (Mary)
Wigfall, Sr., nephew raised as a son; caregivers: Deborah Madden, niece, Kenneth
Wigfall, nephew, Justine (Bobby) Johnson, cousin, Jerome Wilson, nephew.
A public viewing will be held 2:00 – 6:00 pm Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the funeral home. A private family funeral service will be held. Interment: Highland Memorial Gardens.
