Christopher D. Horton, 45, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 in Chattanooga. He was born May 27, 1975 to Samuel Horton, Sr., and Colleena Bonner Horton, who preceded him in death.
Christopher attended Howard High School.
Christopher leaves to cherish his memories, daughter, Shemirakel Horton; five grandsons, Jesiah Bowser, Justus Bowser, Mikhail Bowser, Melvin Bowser, III., and Jemayne Williams, Jr.; granddaughter, Reign Williams; four brothers, Samuel Horton, Jr., Darius Horton, Jonathan Green, and Aivery Nalley; five sisters, Lavonda Horton, Shauna Pierce, Faith Green, Salathiel Nalley, and Bellen Brock; a host of nieces, nephews, and a close friend, Candle Baker.
A public viewing will be held 9:00AM-1:00PM, Monday, July 20, 2020 at the funeral home. A private service will be held. Interment: Highland Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
