Brenda Faye Hambrick, 55, passed away on December 27, 2022, in Chattanooga. She was born in Chattanooga to parents Shirley Ann Higginbottom and Robert Lewis Hambrick. Brenda attended the Chattanooga Public School system, graduating from Kirkman High School. She was a Jehovah’s Witness. Brenda loved watching her favorite TV shows, In the Heat of the Night, MacGyver, and always the local news. She enjoyed listening to music and caring for her fur babies, “Hiccup, and Cushion.”
Brenda was an employee of NHC for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kimberly Denson Royster.
She leaves to cherish precious memories, three sons, Xavier A. Bonner, Montez D. Hambrick Sr., and Telvin D. Butts; two granddaughters, Promise I. Hambrick and Paislei K. Hambrick; grandson, Montez D. Hambrick, Jr.; two brothers, Robert Lewis Hambrick, Jr. and Henry Denson; uncle, Jerry McFarland; stepmother, Edna Hambrick; two first cousins, James Strickland and Cynthia Strickland; longtime companion, Gary Little; special friends, Maude, Tonya, Addie, and Nivek all of Chattanooga.
Public viewing will be held 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Thursday, January 12, 2023, followed by a 3:00 PM funeral service in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
