Andree Talley Wright, 79, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at her residence in Chattanooga. She was a member of Saint Matthew’s Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health failed. She was a graduate of Howard High School class of 1960. She retired from the city of Chattanooga Public Works Department after 29 years of service. Andree was preceded in death by her son, Reginald Wright; husband James Wright; parents, Pleas and Fannie Tally; granddaughter, Quineshia Wright; a great-granddaughter; TyQuieshia Wright; four sisters, four brothers; uncle, Martin L. Garrett.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, devoted daughters, Cynthia Stallion Wright (companion, Tim Rivers), Doris Wright; devoted sister, Edna Talley; 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, two sisters-in-law, Brenda Talley and Dorothy Mays.

Public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, on Sunday, April 10, 2022, immediately followed by a funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home.

The interment will be on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at Forest Hills Cemetery.
