Albert Lee Smiley, 42, transitioned from earth to glory and gained his wings on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.

Albert was born in Chattanooga, TN on February 6, 1980, to the late Barbara Smiley and Albert Goodall.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth English; mother, Barbara Smiley; aunt, Frankie Mae Greer; and uncle, Charles Smiley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janice Smiley; one daughter, Abria Robinson (Chattanooga, TN); three sons, Dontavious Smiley, Tyrell Williams and Azai Lee Smiley (Chattanooga, TN); father, Albert Lee Goodall (Atlanta, GA); one devoted sister, Tawanda (Clinton) Jones (Chattanooga, TN); devoted brother, Jonathan Gardner (Chattanooga, TN); devoted mother/aunt, Jessie Smiley (Chattanooga, TN); two uncles, Bayless Smiley and Richard Smiley (Chattanooga, TN); devoted cousins, Malcolm Smiley, Patrick Smiley, Johnny McCallum, Daniel Smiley (Chattanooga, TN) and Kenyata Smiley (Atlanta, GA); and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, Monday, July 25, 2022, at the funeral home. An 11:00 AM funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.

Interment: Lakewood Memory Gardens EAST.
