Obituary for Abraham E. Jackson, Jr.
Abraham Emmanuel Jackson, Jr., 50, was born October 8, 1972 to Abraham Emmanuel, Sr. and the late Teresa M. Brown in Chattanooga, TN. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 16, 2022. Abraham attended Power of Touch Church.
Abraham was a handyman who could fix just about anything. He loved being around family and friends. He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and getting them things whenever he could. He loved to dance and sing country songs. He was a fun loving person all around and we are going to truly miss him. We know he is in a better place and will be watching over us every day. We will always love you daddy.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mildred Hunter; mother, Teresa Brown; sister, Stephanie Higgins.
Those to cherish his precious memories include his loving father, Abraham Emmanuel Jackson, Sr.; daughters, Ashley Jackson Kellogg and Marshon Grissom, both of Chattanooga, TN; grandchildren, Ar’Nya Allen, Lon’Deon Kellogg, Jr., Cherish Kellogg, O’mir Calhoun and Lon’Dyn Kellogg, all of Chattanooga, TN; brothers, Dexter Higgins, Barabass Brown, Wiltha Brown, Collins Jackson, Delbert Lee Higgins, and Demetrius Brown, all of Chattanooga, TN; other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm Friday, October 28, 2022 at John P. Franklin Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 29, 2022 in the funeral home chapel.
