Obituary for Aaron D Suttles, Sr.

Aaron Suttles. Sr., 59, was born to Philex James Suttles, Sr., and Peggy Jean Suttles on December 1, 1962. He departed from this earth on May 18, 2022, at his home. As a youngster, Aaron went to Job Corps, where he obtained his GED. Over his 59 years of living, he had various jobs. The one job that he always went back to was a job working with his hands. This included anything that involved landscaping and construction. Aaron wore many hats. He was a father, a son, an uncle, a brother, a grandfather, and a friend. The hat that Aaron wore the best was being a grandfather. He loved his grandchildren with every fiber of his being. Aaron was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Suttles; brother, Philex Suttles, Jr.; grandparents, Frank and Annie Lee Lewis, James Garfield and Jesse Suttles; aunt, LeAnna Hardy; uncle, Joe Lewis; and his girlfriend at the time of her death, Pamela Tarpkin; along with other uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Aaron is survived by his father, Philex Suttles, Sr.; brother, Anthony Suttles; sisters, Latricia Lloyd and Monica Walker-Mastin; one daughter, Quinesha Suttles; four sons, Aaron Suttles, Jr., Arlandis Suttles, Sr., Jaderick Johnson, and Corey Jackson of Georgia; eleven grandchildren, MelKayla Coates, MyKendra Coates, Steven Carr, Jr., Arianna Suttles, Amarius Suttles, Zay'mir Suttles, My'Aziyah Suttles, A'Layah Suttles, Quinntazia Bridges, Arlandis Suttles, Jr., and Ke'shawn Suttles; a very good friend, Rochelle Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, and friends.

A 4:00 pm Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, in the chapel of the funeral home.
